Written before it was obvious
The Continuous Deployment series is from 2012 and 2013. It was written from inside a production system being moved off svn update /var/www towards a four-environment pipeline: smoke tests on deploy, automated rollback, business metrics as the release gate, scale down rather than up. None of that was received wisdom at the time; the phrase itself still needed explaining.
Nothing here has been rewritten or backdated. One entry is in Italian, because it was written in Italian.
